In addition, Get4s makes the booking process easy by making sure all prices are fixed, by holding your booking money on your behalf until after travel, and making available 100% refunds in certain cases.<\/p><p><b>100% refund guarantee<\/b><\/p><p>Because your plans may change, Get4s guarantees a 100% refund on cancellations, with no cancellation fees, on all cancellations(Except Non-Refundable Bookings. See Below This Policy) received not less than 48 hours before your scheduled pick up time.<\/p><p>Cancellations can be made directly by e-mailing us to <a href=\"mailto:info@get4s.com\">info@get4s.com<\/a> \u00a0<\/p><p>Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.get4s.com\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>contact<\/strong> <\/a>Get4s as soon as possible if you have trouble cancelling a confirmed booking so that we can process your refund.<\/p><p>Non-Refundable Bookings<\/p><p><strong>Non-Refundable Bookings mean you book your transport with very good prices and you have already confirm this booking is a non-refundable transfer booking. There is no way to get refund or free cancel this type after you book this type booking.<\/strong><\/p><p><b>Booking cancellations<\/b><\/p><p>You may cancel your booking at any time prior to your pick-up departure time by e-mailing us. You should notify Get4s as soon as possible in order to make sure you are eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before your scheduled pick up time<\/p><p>Your booking is not considered cancelled until Get4s confirms your cancellation. The time of cancellation is considered to be the time Get4s confirms \u00a0your cancellation request.<\/p><p><b>Fees and refunds on booking cancellations<\/b><\/p><p>You are eligible for a 100% refund on your booking, with no cancellation fees, for cancellations\u00a0<strong>greater than 48 hours prio<\/strong>r to your pick-up departure time.<\/p><p>You are not eligible for any refund on your booking for cancellations 48 hours or less prior to your pick-up departure time.<\/p><p><b>Booking changes<\/b><\/p><p>You may change your booking details at any time more than 48 hours prior to your pick-up departure time. In order to make a change, you must notify your transport supplier as soon as possible for any changes to your booking details.<\/p><p>Your booking details are not considered to be changed until your transport supplier confirms the change. The time of the change is considered to be the time that the transport supplier confirms the change.<\/p><p>It is usually not possible to make changes to bookings 48 hours or less prior to your pick-up departure time, except at the sole discretion of Get4s.<\/p><p>Fees and refunds on booking changes<\/p><p>You are eligible for no fees for changing your booking details, for changes greater than 48 hours prior to your pick-up departure time, so long as the total cost of your transfer remains the same.<\/p><p>If booking changes result in extra charges in addition to the amount previously paid, you will need to settle the difference with your transport supplier.<\/p><p>If booking changes result in lesser charges in addition to the amount previously paid, no partial refund is possible and your fee for the change is equal to the difference between the two charges.<\/p><p><b>Disputes<\/b><\/p><p>If you have some trouble with your transport, your first action should be to immediately <a href=\"https:\/\/www.get4s.com\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>contact us<\/strong><\/a>. Your booking is managed directly with us.<\/p><p>In the case of a dispute between a passenger and us, the Get4s Team may authorise a representative to issue a full or partial refund. If authorised by the Get4s Team to issue a refund, then Get4s will refund the passenger within 48 hours.<\/p><p><b>Liability<\/b><\/p><p>Despite Get4s best intentions, your best intentions, and the capabilities of the Get4s website, your travel plans may go away.
