Your personal data is processed in order for GET4S to carry out its activities and to fulfil our legal obligations in line with the principles and procedures foreseen by the KVKK and other relevant Laws and legislation.

Your Personal Data may, within the country, be transferred to legally authorized state or public legal entities and, in cases that are mandatory for GET4S to carry out its services more effectively, to relevant legal entities within the scope of the relevant protocol, based on the provisions defined in Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, within the framework of the necessary measures and confidentiality agreements. Your Personal Data is not transferred abroad.

Your personal data is processed on the following grounds expressed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698;

- the explicit consent of the relevant person, where obtaining explicit consent is mandatory, - being expressly foreseen in the laws, - provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract being necessary, - being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation, - data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, - data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person, and similar situations, and based on the duty and authority granted by paragraph (t) of Article 234 of Presidential Decree No. 4;

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to GET4S you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country; request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, to be assessed within the principles of purpose, period and legitimacy, and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred; object to a result arising against you in the event that the processed personal data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems; and request the remedy of the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Within this scope, you may submit your request regarding the above rights digitally through the communication channels announced at www.get4s.com, or deliver it in person with a wet-signed petition together with documents establishing your identity, or send it through a notary.

GET4S will conclude your requests regarding your rights as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

You must deliver your application clearly and comprehensibly, together with documents establishing your identity and address, in writing and with a wet signature, in person, by post or through a notary, to the address Cumhuriyet Mah. 503 (CMH) Sk. No: 14 İç Kapı No: 25 Fethiye/Muğla. Applications within this scope will be accepted following the identity verification to be carried out by us, and the relevant persons will be responded to in writing or electronically within the legal periods.
