The streets of Cappadocia towns are narrow and steep; some cave hotels cannot be reached by large vehicles, so the driver takes you to the nearest point and helps with luggage. Balloon flights start before sunrise, and balloon companies pick up guests from their hotels between 04:30 and 05:30 with their own shuttle.

Alternatives to a private transfer: intercity buses from Antalya to Cappadocia depart from the bus station and take 9-10 hours with breaks; a direct flight takes about 1 hour 10 minutes but lands in Kayseri or Nevşehir, from where you need a separate transfer. A taxi for this 493.3 km route would likely cost more and may not offer fixed pricing or flight tracking.
