Sabiha Gökçen to Uludağ Transfer

The transfer from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Uludağ Ski Resort is 167.6 km and takes about 151 minutes in normal traffic. The route goes over the Osmangazi Bridge to Bursa, then up the Uludağ mountain road to the Hotels Zone. Because Sabiha Gökçen is on the Anatolian side, it is closer to Bursa and Uludağ than Istanbul Airport.

In heavy snowfall, add 20 to 40 minutes to the journey time. The given duration is an average for dry roads. Uludağ Ski Resort is located south of Bursa, within Uludağ National Park. The Hotels Zone (1st and 2nd Development Zones) sits between 1,800 and 2,200 meters, while the summit is at 2,543 meters. It is Türkiye's most visited ski resort and the closest major resort to Istanbul. The ski season roughly runs from early December to early April, with January and February being the snowiest months. The mid-term break (late January) and weekends are the busiest times for hotels.

Hotels such as Grand Yazıcı, Monte Baia, Ağaoğlu My Resort, and Karinna are located in the Hotels Zone at the foot of the slopes; the driver takes you to the hotel door. The mountain road from Bursa to the Hotels Zone passes through the Karabelen national park entrance; on snowy days, the gendarmerie checks for chains at the entrance and vehicles without chains are not allowed up. The national park entrance fee per vehicle is included in your transfer price. As an alternative, the Bursa Teleferik cable car runs from Teferrüç station (236 m) via Kadıyayla and Sarıalan to the Hotels Zone (1,810 m) over 8.8 km, but for a passenger arriving at the airport with luggage, a door-to-door private transfer is more practical. Public transport options are limited: there is no direct service from Sabiha Gökçen to Uludağ; you would need a bus to Bursa bus terminal, then the cable car or a minibus to the Hotels Zone.
