Istanbul Airport to Istanbul Expo Center (Yeşilköy) Transfer

Istanbul traffic is heaviest on weekdays between 07:30 and 10:00 and between 17:00 and 20:30, and the given duration is a traffic-free average: at peak hours you can add 20 to 40 minutes. On exhibition days the entrance gates and car parks of Istanbul Expo Center are busy between 09:00 and 11:00, so allow extra time for a morning arrival at the fairground.

The fixed price of 70 EUR per vehicle includes bridge, tunnel and motorway tolls, luggage and the driver's waiting time, and it is charged per vehicle, never per person. Child seats are free on request, payment can be made online by card in advance or in cash to the driver in EUR, USD, GBP or TL, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up.

Vehicle choice depends on group size: a 6-seat Mercedes Vito is the base class and a Mercedes Sprinter minibus is selected for groups of 7 to 16 people. A round trip is booked with a separate pick-up time for the return leg and gets a 5 percent round trip discount on the total price, and pick-ups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 20 percent night rate that is shown in the quote before you confirm. The fixed price does not rise on fair, race or concert days, while taxis and ride-hailing apps may use surge pricing on event days, so your GET4S price is locked in at the moment of booking.

Istanbul Expo Center (İFM) is on the European side in the Yeşilköy neighborhood of Bakırköy district, right next to the former Atatürk Airport. It has 11 halls and about 98,000 m² of rentable indoor space, of which 8 halls are operated by CNR Expo and 3 by Istanbul World Trade Center (WTC Istanbul). Hotels close to the fairground are in Yeşilköy, Ataköy, Bakırköy and Florya, just 2 to 6 km away, while Taksim and Şişli hotels are 20 to 25 km away; daily hotel-to-fair transfers can also be booked at a per-vehicle price.

Public transport alternatives exist but are slower or less convenient: the M1A metro line (Yenikapı-Atatürk Havalimanı) stops at the DTM-Istanbul Expo Center station at the entrance of the fairground, while reaching the venue from Istanbul Airport by metro needs at least two transfers and is difficult with luggage or samples. The M11 metro goes toward Gayrettepe and Kağıthane and requires a transfer, Havaist buses take 60 to 120 minutes depending on traffic, and a taxi runs on the meter with a total that is uncertain in traffic. Note that Türkiye's other large fairground, TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center in Beylikdüzü, is about 25 km west of İFM and has its own GET4S route under Beylikdüzü & Avcılar (TÜYAP).
