Istanbul Event Transfer: Fairs, Races, Concerts and Congresses

The Istanbul Expo Center (İFM) is on the European side in Yeşilköy, Bakırköy, right next to the site of the old Atatürk Airport; it has 11 halls and about 98,000 m² of indoor space. From Istanbul Airport it is 41 km and 41 minutes without traffic, GET4S transfer from €70; from Sabiha Gökçen via the Eurasia Tunnel it is 55 km and about 71 minutes, from €84. The driver drops you at the point closest to the hall gate you name in the booking (halls 5-6-7, for example) and meets you at the same gate for the return.

TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center is in Beylikdüzü, about 25 km west of İFM, and with 14 halls and 120,000 m² it is the largest fairground in Istanbul. From Istanbul Airport it is 52 km and 56 minutes, from €84; from Sabiha Gökçen 97 km and about 88 minutes, from €138. On fair days the gates and car parks are busiest between 09:00 and 11:00; the driver approaches from the gate nearest the visitor entrance rather than the main road.

Public transport: the M1A metro has a DTM-İstanbul Fuar Merkezi station at the İFM entrance, but reaching it from Istanbul Airport takes at least two changes; TÜYAP is served by the Metrobüs and Beylikdüzü buses. For teams carrying samples, stand material and brochures a fixed-price transfer per vehicle is both faster and predictable.

Atatürk Olympic Stadium is in İkitelli, in the north-west of the European side; it hosted the 2023 UEFA Champions League final and stages Turkish Cup finals and the biggest stadium concerts. From Istanbul Airport it is 32 km and 35 minutes, GET4S transfer from €57; from Taksim hotels 34 km and 38 minutes, from €60; from Sabiha Gökçen 83 km and about 71 minutes, from €119. Intercity Istanbul Park is on the Asian side in Akfırat, Tuzla; the 5.338 km circuit with 14 corners holds about 125,000 spectators. It is 24 km and 34 minutes without traffic from Sabiha Gökçen, from €50, which makes SAW the right airport for a race weekend. From Istanbul Airport it is 97 km and about 80 minutes, from €138; from Taksim via the 15 July Martyrs Bridge or the Eurasia Tunnel 50 km and 61 minutes, from €84.

The Formula 1 Turkish Grand Prix returns to Istanbul Park in 2027: the five-year agreement covers the 2027 to 2031 seasons and the official 2027 calendar lists the race weekend as 1-3 October 2027 (Sunday race on 3 October). There is no Formula 1 race at Istanbul Park in 2026. No MotoGP date has been announced; the circuit hosts national and international series, track days and events all year, so check the circuit's official calendar.

Ataşehir is the congress district of the Asian side; the large chain hotels around the finance centre host meetings and post-fair events. From Sabiha Gökçen it is 34 km and 37 minutes, GET4S transfer from €60; from Istanbul Airport 57 km and 56 minutes, from €85. Ataşehir hotels are also the closest city hotels to Istanbul Park.

On the European side the congress hotels cluster in the Levent-Maslak business district and in Şişli-Nişantaşı. Şişli and Nişantaşı are 41 km and 49 minutes from Istanbul Airport, from €71, and 48 km and about 60 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen, from €82. Levent and Maslak hotels sit a few kilometres north of Nişantaşı; enter the hotel address in the booking form and the price is fixed at booking.

For speaker, sponsor and delegation groups you can book daily hotel-to-venue transfers alongside the airport pickup; the price is per vehicle, not per person, and one Sprinter minibus carries 7 to 16 people. For invoiced corporate payment simply write to us by WhatsApp or e-mail after booking.

At large events the roads around the venue are controlled by the organiser and the police: around Istanbul Park on race weekends, around the Olympic Stadium on concert and final days. The driver brings the car to the nearest permitted drop-off point and sends the meeting point by WhatsApp to the phone number on your booking. On fair days the drop-off point is the hall gate itself; state the hall number in the booking.

Set the return pickup at least 30 to 45 minutes after the event ends: leaving the venue and the cordon take that long, and the driver waits at the same point. After a race the exit traffic at Istanbul Park can take 45 to 90 minutes. Pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 20% night tariff, shown on the quote screen before you book; a return booking gets a 5% discount on the total.

The fixed price does not rise on fair, race or concert days; taxis and ride-hailing apps may apply event-day demand pricing, while the GET4S price is final at the moment of booking.
