Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Istanbul Expo Center (Yeşilköy) Transfer

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, right in front of the exit gate, holding a name sign. After landing, you have 60 minutes of free waiting time, and the driver tracks your flight: if it is delayed, the pick-up time shifts automatically at no extra charge. The meeting point is easy to find, and the driver speaks English.

The transfer is a private VIP service, available 24/7. You can book online or pay cash to the driver in EUR, USD, GBP or TL. For groups of 7 to 16 people, a Mercedes Sprinter minibus is used; the base class for up to 6 passengers is a Mercedes Vito. Child seats are available free of charge on request.

The distance from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) to Istanbul Expo Center is 54.7 km, and the journey takes about 71 minutes in normal traffic. However, Istanbul traffic is heaviest on weekdays between 07:30-10:00 and 17:00-20:30, so add 20-40 minutes during peak hours. The given duration is an average without traffic.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport is on the Anatolian side in Pendik, so crossing to the European side uses one of the Bosphorus bridges or the Eurasia Tunnel. All tolls are included in your fixed price. For fair days, the morning entry between 09:00-11:00 is busy at gates and car parks, but your driver will drop you at the point closest to your specified hall entrance, for example halls 5, 6 or 7, and pick you up at the same gate for the return.

The fixed price includes bridge, tunnel and motorway tolls, luggage and driver waiting time, and it is per vehicle, not per person. The base class is a 6-seat Mercedes Vito, while for 7-16 people a Mercedes Sprinter minibus is chosen. Payment can be made online by card in advance or in cash to the driver in EUR, USD, GBP or TL. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the transfer.

For return bookings, the return leg is entered with a separate pick-up time, and a 5% round-trip discount is applied to the total price. Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) is on the European side in the Yeşilköy neighbourhood of Bakırköy, right next to the old Atatürk Airport. It has 11 halls and approximately 98,000 m² of rentable indoor space; 8 of the halls are operated by CNR Expo and 3 by Istanbul World Trade Center (WTC Istanbul). The M1A metro line (Yenikapı-Atatürk Airport) has a station called DTM-Istanbul Expo Center at the entrance, but coming from Istanbul Airport by metro requires at least two transfers and is cumbersome with fair luggage or samples. The Havabus bus to Taksim and Kadıköy takes 60-100 minutes depending on traffic, and the M4 metro goes towards Kadıköy.

Accommodation near the fair center includes hotels in Yeşilköy, Ataköy, Bakırköy and Florya (2-6 km away), while Taksim and Şişli hotels are 20-25 km away. Daily transfers from your hotel to the fair can also be booked, priced per vehicle. Please note that on fair, race or concert days, the fixed price does not increase. Taxis and ride-hailing apps may use surge pricing on event days, but GET4S price is confirmed at the time of booking. The other major fairground in Istanbul is TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center (Beylikdüzü, 14 halls, 120,000 m² indoor space), about 25 km west of IFM, and GET4S has a separate "Beylikdüzü & Avcılar (TÜYAP)" route for it.
